Well, once you have an opportunity to spend a little time in Hydlaa again, you will find your personal answer to that question. I do not say i disagree with the concepts and ideas in your comments, Ulfer. As in the other periodic discussion, my advice is not to worry to much.
Back to the proposed ideas, I conclude that being very restrictive and bureaucratic will not have the desired effect, without drifting away into a deeper explanatory statement.
