Perhaps you have not had the opportunity to see some of Dannae's wonderful pieces of IC art. Not sure how it is done yet she brings real digital artwork to the in game canvas. The portraits of Talad and Lulura; which she was commissioned to do for my character are wonderful pieces of art. They speak as much for the player's artistic abilities as the character.

Keeping on topic, the suggestions to bring jewellery into the game sounds great. As it is now my character completes a re-doable quest each time she wants some jeweller's work; as a favour for the NPC who claims to have a jeweller on staff. Once the quest is completed then adjustments are then made to my character's desc. Things like setting gems on the hilt of her swords, etc..

Do not believe it has not yet been developed a good part. But there is still a little rest missing to get published.

Furthermore, I doubt that your proposed commands are at all related to the way executing commands and crafting items works technically. Abstraction, especially defining similarities and differences, is essential for making complex topics work with simple commands or mouse clicks.
