Start > Run... > %APPDATA%\PlaneShift\logs

Works in Windows XP; why not in Windows 7 too?

If that does not work then just run a search for them.

eg.  Venorel_Weruno_chat.txt

But they are inside directories in a hidden directory. So you may need to activate searching for hidden objects if you use the Windows Explorer search.
