Hello all!

My name is Joe and I am from Spain. I am new to the game. I come from a Star Wars Roleplay community and I am wishing to start RPing here, meeting RPers and create unique adventures!

Nevertheless, if I get a bit lost at first, I hope I can contact some of you to ask for help.

Another bot which got you baited. ... That's what I thought at first. There are a few typical bot posts which start the same way ("Hello, my name is {not the same as the nick}, I am from {a country or city}"). Just the nick seems to be really human-based this time (the others were a bit more random with numbers).

So ... greetings, Aidos. You already got to know our biggest trolls. Hooray. Can only get better from now on. ;)

If you decide to play on the roleplaying server (currently: ZeroPing), then a serious advice: Complete the tutorial! Listen to the NPCs! Learn the basics of using the game and behaving as expected. The rest you will learn easily by just being in game and listen. Build a character. Play it as if it lives in the game world and doesn't know anything else. The game is a theater stage. Play a role you and we enjoy.

I suppose the most important thing, is just dont call people out by name, I've seen a lot of people who dont know me call me by name, so if you do it on accident, you'd best make up an excuse quik.
Anyways welcome to PS, lots of various people RP'ing different ways, so find sombody to hang with that suits the character your planning, Since your definitely going to need to be in a group for many things in this game.

I think he knows how to RP since he sounds very interested in RPing. And really saying someone by their name when not knowing them isn't that big of a deal when you're a noob they're best to learn from their own mistakes.

Excuse me! I am not a troll! I was just telling him. Got a problem with my honesty and jokes. I don't live a lye to look good I live honest to look bad, but calling me a troll is just to far!!  ;D gotcha  I don't care if you think my honesty makes me a troll like I said at least I don't live a lye like you ha-ha-ha-ha-haa!

Thank you all for this welcome!

I already did the tutorial quests. I like the idea that there are no classes but the path which your character chooses to go through.

Moreover, I am currently working on the bio of my character in order to fit in this new world that I've never been into before. So if I have any question about the background, I suppose I'll post them on forums or whisper anyone of you (if that is possible).

Thank you all again and I hope to enjoy this game and the roleplay as much as you all!

Welcome Aidos!
Make sure to write a description in game of your character (seen when examining the same).
I often read these to get a feel about a character.
Though try to keep it to knowledge one would gain from just looking at your character and don't write a novel, as not many people read it then.

And its always important to read sombodies description before you interact with them, as if you dont, and you need to identify sombody later on, that you may not have learneed their name yet IC, they may pull the 'i was wearing a cloak' trick

You sound very keen in RP that's good! I hope you will enjoy RPing in PlaneShift!! Some people aren't keen RPers so it might pay to look around at someone who seems to be very talented at RPing and ask them what a nice guild would be to join, that's if you are interested in joined a guild.
