Well, it depends.

5-15 FPS:
Processor: Celeron 466
Video card: GeForce2 MX400 32MB
Memory: 256 MB RAM
Swap: ~500 MB swap
(This is me)

min 20 FPS always:
Processor: 1000 MHz+
Video card: GeForce 4 Ti4600 128MB (or better)
Memory: 1GB of RAM
Swap: Not needed
