Alliance Poetry
« on: February 15, 2011, 12:47:44 am »
Lelarar says: Dragons and whelps and Leraiders oh my
Koios says: And though it's dark and gloomy, morning is nigh
Koios says: And on the cliffs, the Klyros will presume to fly
Koios says: But to fate they plunge with a scream oh so high
Koios says: Because their wings were left to wither and die
Koios says: The Devs gaze upon it and gives but a sigh
Koios says: They have yet to find where the coding shall lie

Going to the Iron Temple makes you as much of a Laanx follower as going to Harnquist makes you a furnace.

My guess is in development/planeshift/src/common/engine/linmove.cpp's logic.

* Tessra applauds Koios for his wonderful poetry!  \\o//

[and hopes he didn't try flying off one of the many cliffs <_< ]
Also, it's more credible to others if you grow in power slowly over time.  First kill rats, then noobs, then klyros, and eventually work your way up to more powerful creatures ~ Miomai

Now just make it rhyme, and you've got a nice poem there!
