I'm no longer getting any experience points or practice points for crafting

I'm no longer getting any experience points or practice points for crafting. It was just fine before the server went down for update now I'm getting nothing. Can anybody explain this?

Is it possible that you are doing steps you already know too well for your skill level? You don't get any experience anymore for "too simple" activities, related to your skill level.

Please describe the step you are doing where you expect receiving experience for, and all the probably related skill levels.
