My new idea "rowing"

As a rower myself we should have rowing boats. You could implement body development with rowing or a gym.

If there isn't a bridge over the Leaky Rock river, then maybe a ferryboat.

I wouldn't go this way... PS team likes to make things pretty boring (like cooking) so I think that the combination of a boring sport with a boring approach would create some sort of black hole.

Perhaps... in the far, far, far, far future [read that as NOT soon] there might be a land that you must cross a significant amount of water to reach [like a Nolthrir city?]... making a need for boating or long distance-flying of sorts.  Of course, there's no reason the pterosaurs wouldn't be able to cover that, but it might be interesting to see an in game reason for rowing.  Since, rowing as a sport would not have been prudent given the historical settings, imo.

(in real life) my friend had a heat stroke after winning national gold for rowing. Is what you mean dangerous.

A heart stroke is an old man's affliction. I'm still not impressed. I'm not too convinced with this when you just have a few rivers here and there and the actual sea is found only on the lower levels. You'd also need boats and those are things you don't summon. What, your characters would carry them around? In most games boats are linked with a NPC you speak to in order to get here or there.

i don't see how rowing is useful in yliakum. at least for the moment.

LigH idea is good a ferryboat, and the dev's should implement it when the dev's decide to make the northic village.
