Unfortunately you missed the most important facts: Those about your hardware.

Regarding "Fault Module Name: ig4icd32.dll" I would expect you having an intel on-board graphic solution. Not really what we recommend, if it is not a Core "HD" chipset.

More details please, as exact as possible.

I have the Intel (R) GMA Driver : Intel Graphics Media Accelerator Driver

For Video I have Intel Clear Video Technology,

For 3D I have OpenGL:

Asynchronous Flip: Off
Triple Buffering: Default
Flipping Policy: Flip
Depth Buffer Bit Depth: Default
Force S3TC Texture Compression: Off
Force FXT1 Texture Compression: Off
Driver Memory Footprint: Normal
Texture Color Depth: Desktop Color Depth
Anisotropic Filtering: Application Control

GMA sounds like "might be too old, depends on the exact number" (950 or similar)... and "drivers are known to be unreliable".

Forcing the S3TC texture compression to "off" may also be an option that may do more harm than good. But that depends a lot on the software/hardware combination.
