stuck problem. ( cant be fixed by /unstick)

Stuck and /unstick dose nothing to me.
Asked for help ingame, and the suggester told me that it can only be fixed by GM. But no GM was online.
So what is the time when any GM will be online?

i know this kind of problem already but planeshift is not an ordinary game if you have a problem you need to go on "irc" freenode " found the ps chanel and ask for the "gm" chanel you  can be surprised to found a LOT of player usualy online on the irc  night and day 365 days on 365 ready to help you and you can chat whit the gm and the dev and manny other

Also you always have to option of killing yourself via the /die command. Not the best option but if you have less than 15 hours in game you will just move back to the spawn point. If you have more than 15 hours in game you will go to the Death Realm.
