I'm afraid it came out more cryptic than I thought 'cause the script is weak, it misses at least a scene  :innocent: but I had no time to draw it.

I choose to translate "bloody diamonds" with "diamonds covered/filled with blood"... *chuckles*
Then I guess you noticed the red stain near Bones? it seems blood indeed, poor me... What I had in mind was simply the similarity Dermorian/Vulcan, and the allusion to some special crystal. Firstly I thought to cite Lumium, then I gave up. As an afterthought, I just wanted that the doctor seemed busy while talking, so I placed a "something" to analyze. And that's my fault, I'm sorry, because I colored in red that thing . And after that mess, I missed the goal *grins*
This means I need more time to think the scenes, but that's something I know already...
I hope I correctly interpreted what has puzzled you. And thanks for your comment as well!

Err... another point is this "green, red..." phrase. In Star Trek universe Orion slaves are beautiful females whose skin is green, known for their psychic capabilities to conquer males.
