LinkDead: Looked for Firewall, Proxy etc.?
Some Threads before was told that the Firewall and/or Proxy could make the Problem in some cases. Maybe open the Port etc.

ME and a friend got the LinkDead Prob today and we were both able to solve it through the IP (we both have no firewall, proxy etc.)

My 3D card works fine. I play Quake3 and Quake2 with it.
