I can't upload my character!

I setup my charcter the way I want him and I typed my new password in and then confirmed it and it doesn\'t upload my charcter, it does nothing at all.  I even tried retyping the sever address and still nothing.  Will someone plz help me!!

Windows XP
2,5 Ghz
Nvidea Geforce 4 128MB TV
Adsl ( 768 Kb/s )


Doubt problem would be my computer here :S
