View-only window for stored items

A personal view-only window, available at all times for stored items would

• Enable a group to plan for a roleplay idea without standing in front of a storage NPC
• View what they already own to complete quests
• Enable a quick response to auction or wanted item requests

Making notations in in-game books can make the task possible but impractical due
to the number of inventory slots needed for the books and the decreased "fun" factor.

It may be more in place with RP to be able to generate such text files when at storages; just as one might take notes in a book when there.
