Now... I bet you're wondering what the problem is.
I'll tell you, the problem is when I log in wherever my character is standing, once I move the ground (whether it be grass or cobblestone) looks as if it begins to split and looks smeared, so to speak. It seems to happen the most where the path connects to a slight turn or bend, some walls have the same issue and it's only in the area beneath and close to my character, everything else in the distant seems to be perfectly fine.
I've tried changing the textures from high to low, then to highest and nothing changed with this problem. I've also updated my graphics driver today and changed the screen resolution several times.
