Complete list of commands

Is there a complete list of PS commands and keyboard mappings.  I have read the player guide, but I have heard some people using commands in the game, such as /spawn, which are not in the player guide.

Also, I can\'t figure out how to jump, or if jumping is even possible.

for key bindings there is a file called keys.xml in your PS folder. there you can look up for the key bindings.
