Octarch Housing Auction
By order of the Octarch, a house in Ojaveda will be put up for auction.
[Saturday Nov 12th]
• Ojaveda Akk east the house next to the tent occupied by Kisatol [@ 18:00 GMT]
[A auction podium will be placed in front of the door leading up the the auction. The house will be open for inspection before the auction. The house will come with then Oja house map]
Auction Guidelines
• Houses may only be sold to guilds, not individuals
• No guild may own more than one house in Yliakum
• At each auction, one person from each interested guild will be designated to bid
• The bidder must have sufficient funds on his/her/kra's person to meet every bid, and will be required to prove same
• Full payment is due immediately upon conclusion of an auction
• Keys will be provided to the winning bidder immediately upon conclusion of an auction
Reserve Price for this auction is 1 million trias
Additional Information
• There are dozens of valid reasons for guild splits and alliances, thus enforecement of any policy restricting such arrangements would be purely arbitrary and circumstancial, and would place an enormous burden on project staff with little chance of a positive outcome.
• Secret guilds should announce themselves at the auction as "Representing a private entity", however the guild to which the representative belongs will be the owner of record should they be the winner
• If a guild that owns a house is disbanded the lock will be changed and the house will be shuttered as abandoned, reclaimed by the Octarchy, and resold at a future auction
