Additionally, right now there is a technical issue with scaled models. You will probably know how all NPCs of the same race pop bigger and smaller when you travel through a number of them: All of them get the size the last individual had which just got loaded by the engine (because it just entered the visibility range). So if you wanted to have children, they would need a separate model. But who should make them if we can't even complete the set of adult race models?
