You are not the only one who crashes now in Hydlaa, I heard the same from another user.
Trying to repair may have been your mistake. Now you will probably have to download the installer and install the game freshly.
I am not sure what you mean with "unzipping a torrent". A torrent file contains only information about other files to be downloaded by a BitTorrent client. If the status turns to "seeding", the download was probably successful.
You have a 32-bit Windows, so use the 32-bit installer only.
Hydlaa has a lot higher hardware demands now. You may want to reduce the texture resolution in the launcher first.
