Tutoral area combat

when i login everything works well until i begin to attack a rat in the tutorial area. i click on it to begin fighting in normal combat mode and as soon as i hit the client freezes white and i get a error message from windows. here is the error message it gives...Problem signature:

Hi there, sorry that are running into crashes so early into the game.
Unfortunately, your report does not contain much information that is needed to help you.
What is your operating system? Are you using the 32 or 64 bit client for it?
CPU? GPU?

Oh, and those windows problem signatures are useless. The errorlog.txt from the planeshift directory is a little better.

But first, try to update your client please and see if that resolves the problem. 0.5.8.0 is already outdated again. If the normal update does not work, try a repair from the launcher.

No!!! It's not ;) The errorlog.txt is completely useless most of the times. I think the only possibility it gives some useful informations is if someone deleted the data or art folder. Windows is just too complicated for the daily use. ;) The only real helpful infos are the "--console" output (and of course that hardware specs you already asked for).

In case the game doesn't want to update for you anymore (there is a bug that prevents you from updating if you click "no" when asked if you want to update once) use the repair option of the updater.
