Just wanted to say a little hi to you all! OOCly, I'm a married w/ a kid on the way average American guy named Drew . I hail from a HOST of other MMORPGs, all with horrible RPers, so I was pretty stoked to stumble across this site while spending hours googline "Roleplaying Server". Fun stuff. As far as the game goes, I am beyond stoked to engage in RP with you all, and I take it very seriously. I read through all of the guides, etc.. And I am pumped. Haven't developed a character server-wise yet, but when I do, please, please, please engage with me. Peace!

Depending on the time of day, it can be hard to find RP. During off peak hours, when the player count drops to the 20's there really isn't much happening. The following my be helpful in finding people who RP:

1. Check out Kada El's Taven or the Red Crystal Den in Hydlaa.

2. Look for characters who have a character description.( right click the character, then click on the eyeball icon ) Those who don't RP, or who don't know how to RP typically leave this section blank as its pretty meaningless to them.  Those who have good character descriptions are usually role players.

3. Check out the In-Game Roleplay Events section for names of characters to look out for.

Also remember to separate OOC (out of character) and IC (in character) as much as you possibly can. A character who is mean IC'ly does not dislike you OOC. (Case and point most people who play villains are usually nice)

it'd also be smart to read through what there is on the settings, although there's quite a bit of that information in game in the library. so check out the library!
