(03:40:41) Qile chuckles again, though this time there is a slightly dark tone underlying the laugh. "Do tell. Just about anywhere is a good start for me."

(04:16:12) Qile accepts the mug with a smile, peering into it once it was in her hands. "Thank you, my good sir," she speaks smoothly to him before raising her own mug and downing a gulp of it. She draws in a breath afterwards, wincing slightly. "Yep, that's liquor."

(04:23:21) Qile takes a swig of the liquor as he answers, this time much more prepared for the burn than previously. "I'm starting to understand, I think. Does this lack of fellow soldiers concern you at all?"
(04:23:59) Karlyle nods slowly "Indeed it does, but in time I can only hope that more will join my ranks"
(04:24:37) Karlyle raises his mug and finishes off his drink "Ah, that hit the spot"
(04:25:23) Qile lifts her chin and recites Karlyle's own words back to him, "All good things take time."
(04:25:43) Karlyle smiles "Yes indeed"
(04:27:05) Qile looks down into her mug, noting it's already been mostly emptied. A heavy breath leaves her chest as she realizes the implication. She shakes her head and finishes the drink with a single long swallow.
(04:27:26) Qile says: Alright. Let's do this. Somewhere we won't make a mess someone will have to clean up.
(04:27:40) Karlyle chuckles to himself "I doubt you get asked this often, but, are you ready to die?"
(04:28:48) Qile waves a hand from her left to right in front of her eyes. "Whew. Yep. Let's see what you've got, Karlyle."

Yep. I didn't even really re-read that but I tried to cut out all the OOC from Karlyle, me, and Gossip. What a dramatic death scene, though!
