This house was sold rather quickly and — don't misunderstand me — surprisingly cheap, for its prominent and advantageous location. And it was sold to a guild which is surprisingly new. Yet, I believe the "Golden Circle" will deserve it, Jotiles is famous as experienced hard worker and fair businessman.

The best surprise was probably the return of Indygo Matthaeo, though. He could be a kind of example to business people like Jotiles even.

I was honoured to have participated in this house auction and quite pleasently surprised to have won this guildhouse on behalf of The Golden Circle. The house is in a great location and I was expecting the bids to be much higher.

I'd like to thank all those who came to support us, their presence was a welcome and comforting sight and evidence of the strength of the friendship we developed over the years. I'd also like to thank the other participants in the auction, I am happy to have won this auction but wish you the best in winning the next house auction you participate in. I'd also like to thank the Octarch for building such solid structure in such a great location and Tadel Shalkin for taking the time to host the auction.

A very special thanks goes to all our friends who came bearing housewarming gifts. Your presence and congrats was more than enough and I am at a loss for words for your generosity in providing the special decorations you did for the house. You are very special friends and your contributions will never be forgotten.

I am still shocked and somewhat in disbelief of all that has happened during the auction and after. We are working very hard on decorations and all the things that turn an empty house into a functional guildhouse.
