PS's complaint department needs a form like this.

Amazingly enough, this form is just generic enough to where it pretty much applies to PS as is. There's just no references to Soon(tm).

Strange. Filling forms is usually a hobby for Germans. Still, I don't have an incentive to do so in this case...
