Frankly from an IC standpoint I always thought that descriptor was silly anyway. I mean, sure it might look like that person in front of you is a pansy physically, but if they can make shadows rip out your internal organs is it REALLY gonna matter that they're the living incarnation of "scrawny?"
But anyway. Yeah, I think this is actually part of a new thing they're doing with a spell that will be implemented later. You'll have to use it to take a peek at people's stats if I'm hearing correctly. It might be a blue way spell? Essentially you can't tell right now, everything will appear to be "intelligent as stone" as it were, even an ulbernaut. At least that's been my observation.
