Guard item

It appears that when using the /guard command toggle to un-guard items that on next login they are guarded again. This was noticed when placing items on the Gug's altar. After returning some days later they are guarded again. This was tested over multiple days.

it is interesting to know but the problem is more when you are not online and your item are not "guarded" and still on the floor and can be taken by everybody

The intention is that they are to be taken and they are un-guarded for that reason. Then on my return they are found to be guarded by my character again. It seems like a bug to me.
