The idea of colored voices/text sounds kind of neat, though if proper limits are not in place it could be very annoying- ie. dark navy or dark grey on black could be a pain to read. I could also see people changing color to reflect a spur of the moment mood or to as a kind of personal identity. This could get confusing....  *shrugs*

Hey! Just because Roled is overly friendly and insists on introducing everyone to everyone else doesn't mean he doesn't wash his collar.....

having a speaking animation would be nice (just like having more animations in general) but hiding names of characters no thanks, that's very annoying!!!
likewise customizing one's dress color would be very nice but customizing the label's color no thanks, we'll end up with labels unreadable by someone.
