Pslaunch failing, psclient works

When I try to start pslaunch, since today I get the following error:

When I try psclient, it starts without a problem.

I noticed that I had client 0.5.9.10.
So I downloaded the 0.5.9.11 client, installed it and gave it another try.

And the results where almost the same: pslaunch failed with the same errors.
This time psclient didn't work because it said the server wasn't available.

Must have been be a mirror thing.
Today it all works as it should.
