I used to have signs around there where such things were at least described in settings books, but they were almost all stolen. However, before you can get new NPCs, you can take a book and write down the descriptions of things you want to see, place them, and see if you can get them locked. Then people can use their imaginations for a bit, but even a description helps.

You still don't seem to realize Amdeneir is still in development and there are other projects with more priority now that the town is in game. It still needs to be finished (3 more parts) and fleshed out.
