As I am sure your self have seen, so many of our beloved citizens have come to us offering themselves in service to the realm, for the benefit of all. It seems fitting that such loyalty and devotion is deserving of thanks, praise and celebration. With this in mind, I propose, we hold a ball for our devoted citizenry to celebrate and honour all the hard work and commitment that collectively goes in to keeping Yliakum strong.

With fondest wishes for your continued strength in all things, I await your agreement.

There will be lots of nice food, drink and dancing, with random mini-events occurring throughout night, including awards for best costume (char description), best couple and much more! We are very much looking forward to seeing everyone there and plan on making the night one to remember!

[Love it, great idea, especially with alts   I think there will be some fighting, it's hard to say prior how everyone must behave, non?  I mean, some characters throw tables dead sober.  And ditto what Bilbous just wrote, so true ]

I like the alt idea.. AND perhaps people might be encouraged to make an alt in the same skin as the main they are in disquise as- so at least the height and type of character race would be the same as who you are disquising?

We could have a guessing game, of which alt is who ICly...

Hmm, I couldn't see anything in the calendar, is this still scheduled for 3 May?

If it is, then time is running out for Cwyndeth to steal rob some money in order to buy blackmail someone in order to get cajole his way into somehow get his hands on suitable attire. Because, of course, if it's a celebration of hard work, devotion, loyalty and commitment, Cwyn must be there.
