The final consensus was that one real day was equal to one PS day. It's been discussed many times, and that was what most players agreed on.

It's nearly impossible to make everyone age their chars at a certain rate. Child characters are fine, but as the "years" go by the server will not age with them. In the past, pregnancies have been role played for about one RL month to lend the RP believability. But I repeat, as the child ages, your chars may age, but do not make expectation that others will follow suit. (I clarify only because this has been discussed before )
