Once I told a guy in a comic book store that I don't like Goblins. Turns out it was the guy that writes it. ;D

ooooooohhh... yeah... the reason it's been on hiatus for so long is because he was suffering from anxiety and depression over the fact that he didn't think his comic was good enough.

it does begin as a farce of the gaming experience, but as the comic progresses, it becomes A LOT more serious.

He didn't take it well (made a huge scene and stormed out) and this was fairly early in the strip's run. The hiatus was a good idea - hopefully he's developed a thicker skin over that time.
