connection problems

i try to connect, and it freezes up once it gets to intializing world message. do i need to update the driver, and if so, can you give me a poosible link to one?

\'Gruga\' removed.  

\'Likume\' is a vaild player so there should be no problems with that account.  If you still have problems please provide some more info.

Hello it happened error again!!!    
I created the player Gruga and already in the end, in the moment of the connection it said that I was already connected to the server. Then Psclient concluded. When I went back to connect it happened the error.    
I created more 2 to test, Grugas and Schmithz    
I ask that delete all.

I have all the problems described above. I don\'t have 3D acceleration etc. which seems to make the game work very slow.
My user is Silverlight, you may try to delete it... I hope it happens again...
