I once was part of a world that filled me with wonder,
long roads and hills that stretched on to yonder.
We all laughed and cried through many adventures,
we were all friends with one connection.
But no-one could foresee amongst us all,
a rotting core had begun to take hold.
And although many shook off this tainting stain,
in a few it grew into hatred and pain.
You became groups yet we were uninvited,
it became clear that you needed smiting.
Growing notions of discord and malice,
we all became distant,
isolated and callous.
Now I sit here with only myself to blame,
knowing that I had forgotten... it's only a game.
Dedicated to those whom made this game so very special and our time spent rp'ing together.
