No, not correct, you had some of the USA zones wrong (but the times were right). Also fix the extra numbers by China try these:

   US/CND Pacific   GMT-8   09:00
   US/CND Mountain   GMT-7   10:00
   US/CND Central   GMT-6   11:00

Just make it say 17:00GMT. People can convert it on their own own. It should also show up on the event calandar soon.

Lag update: Weirdly enough, I turned up my shaders to 11 (set to high instead of medium) and I'm not lagging! PlaneShift works in strange ways.

If you think your computer might be too ancient to participate in the event, just let me know in game when Jocas is online and I'll gladly let you test your performance inside.

Keep in mind that some nations do not use the timezones conversions of daylight saving time (Turkey for example)

From what i know, all countries observing Daylight Saving Time should have switched back by now, so not an issue any more.

[URGENT, ATTENDEES MUST READ] The Amdeneir Yule Ball
« Reply #24 on: December 14, 2016, 04:13:20 pm »
Due to unforeseen circumstances, the ball might have to be hold on Saturday, same time. If everyone is alright with this change rather than Friday, then I'll be changing it definitively.

[URGENT! POSTPONED!] The Amdeneir Yule Ball
« Reply #26 on: December 16, 2016, 05:56:44 pm »
I'm postponing the event for tomorrow as per my last reply to this thread! I thought the short notice would be okay, since there aren't many players online now.

Sorry about the inconvenience.

Okay, I'm confused, due to this being at midnight in my time zone (Eastern Standard) - or is it at noon?. Is it now set for Fri. night/Sat early morning, or Sat. night/Sun. early morning, or sometime in the middle of my day, and if so, which day? I'm lost, and I already agreed to be there as entertainment.

Someone needs to set up Yliakum time. Choose a time zone and declare it to be YST. For example, in Second Life they have SLT, which is set to US Pacific time. Every event is given in SLT and everyone knows to adjust to their own time zone. So just choose a time zone and go with it. It doesn't really matter which. This would save a lot of confusion.

It's using military time. The only timezones that make it into very early Sunday would be China and Australia. The rest are on Saturday.

Keep in mind these are guidelines for you to set up your day so that you can attend. It's set on the calendar, but it's kind of awkward to calculate and count taking the page's countdown into account. But I guess it doesn't matter now, since the event has passed already in the calendar...
