Yes, we saw your petitions, and your discord message and have reached out to you on discord. I would not advise posting your e-mail address on the public forums, however. We will also watch to catch you in game to discuss your remaining open petition. But I will say at this point your current char has spent more time in game than chars combined on the old account, so it may not even be worth pursuing. But we are more than willing to help sort this out we just need to be able to catch you online either on discord or in game to sort a few things out.
