i can only hope, Hak\'M can get the stuff so we can migrate with it.

modeling? that\'s no problem ...every time i spoke with the devs (be it boonett, venge ...), they said that we don\'t have to do any modeling ...and even the concept art doens\'t have to be \"professional\" - since it\'s there only to back up the idea visually.

i still have faith in the Treecastle project ...and, Gods know, even if i\'ll have to do it all by myself ...i\'ll eventually do it!!!
and i welcome everyone to help out with it

you got it!!! that\'s the only thing we have to do ...but Hak\'M scared a few guys away because he insisted that we make a complete 3d landscape and other models ...for which, frankly, none of us was capable of doing on the same level as PS devs. ...i don\'t blame him though, he just wanted to speed things up, he didn\'t intend no harm :]

i\'m gonna try and make a mailing-list, forum, page (wiki) ...whatever else\'s needed on the sourceforge.net ...i\'ve had it with unsure servers.

again, everyone\'s more then welcome to join!! ...especially the \"old ones\" who were helping out already :]

As you know I will gladly help, I still have a few more databases on my domain and if you get like a treecastle.tk domain you can link it to my orclands and I\'ll make separate forum for treecastle.  just need your word, I can set this up in few mins.

i was thinking of making a forum there ...but if your orclands are sure to stay up for quite some time ...then i don\'t see why not ...after i (or someone else) make the page, we can just have a link towards your orclands treecastle forum.

but as i said: the two pages are all ours and here to stay ...i can give you admin status and you just set up simple forum there.

I\'ll add a few topics right away! ...i\'ve made the forums open for now, so you guys don\'t need to get sf.net accounts ...but it would be desired you do, so you can add yourself to the dev. list of the TC.

nothing against you, sashok ...but i know that sf.net are a fair host (hosts also planeshift!) and i\'m not willing to take any risks this time - you never know when your page will be cut off (from your ISP/host/...)

if we\'ll find the implemened forum too spartan, I\'d rather suggest you guys get those sf.net accounts and we\'ll put up a phpbb forum on treecastle.sf.net

no problem, I don\'t mind, just wanted to help.  Just think about SourceForge though, it\'s a little hard to navigate everything, it\'s really not user friendly.  Unless they would let you make your own forum.

yea, i know the forum\'s a bit awkward on sf.net ...but if we\'ll find sf.net too awkward, we can still make a link to a forum on your orclands.

but my experience with the sf.net is surprisingly positive ...when you get used to it, it\'s perfect to project and develop stuff.

does anyone still hold a contact with hak\'m? ...it might be nice to ask him wether we could get the old posts back, to migrate them. (at least per hand).
