A town of perpetual night

I always like the idea of a town that was always caught in nighttime.  A city of rogues, cutthroats, and dark sorcery.  \"The Evil Town\" if you will.  Only the toughest can hang out here.  I dont know, just a thought.

There will be for sure cities of perpetual night, since the crystal light intensity decreases as you step on lower levels of Yliakum. Actually, the level on the internal lake\'s shore is immersed in a perpetual night.

ok...... so would there be like vampire dwarves and elfs? :P
And would the vampires be dumb enough to live in castles with bits of wood lying about, and conveniently easy to tear curtains? Sorry im watching some dumb movie.

So this town of perpetual night isjust like the ones from ff, IE treno from ffIX

Skain: hmm... go for the throat? lol :)

Xalthar: As the lower levels are in darkness, there should be loads of places where vampires can thrive and with 12 different races, they will also have a very well balanced diet, and plenty to eat ;)

like I said, does the \"sun\" even bother them like natural sunlight does? they don\'t have a problem with light, just sunlight, so my question is, wouldn\'t they thrive everywhere down there?

The Night City should be a city in the Death Realm. Youll pass it and defeat all the vampires and monsters walking around on the street, Maybe it should be a ghost city.... BRR! Creepy!
