Know the feeling Dril, my wife is danish, same look pitch black hair grey-blue eyes and beatiful as they come. Not exactly the archetypal idea of a Scandinavian - blue eyes blond hair etc - but that is an exageration like most archetypes (Kran\'s are dumbwitted etc.  :D ).

Maybe we can recruit your Swede if you get lucky  8) , more scandinavians in AO is not a bad idea. (Ahem - now the thread is about recruitment again)

actually I had an 18 year old, female, Danish, exchange student... she enjoyed sunbathing in a less than American Puritanical way... hubba hubba *whistles*

(Promise I won\'t steal her from you  :D )

The more the merrier...! (but swedes??) :P

Insane brits??? well, I might aknowlegde that one :P

but the danish remain at the top of my member-nationality wishlist.. Most danes are nice people (take me for example :P, or don\'t :P)

well to tell the truth she was sort of manish... but that\'s probably just because she played just about every sport at our local highschool + church

Well Dril, that\'s the Vikings for you. Everybody thinks the male Vikings were fearsome because they went out raiding The British Isles, Founded Normandy and Russia. Meanwhile \"back-at the-ranch\" so to speak they were sent out by the female Vikings to \"go and play\" whilst they got all the work and farming done. Also the male Vikings were glad to get away from their ruling-half (females  :D ) and took their frustrations out on everyone else! So, \"manly\" and active in sports etc., man if only you know how we suffer over here in Scandinavia ;( .

Ok, back to the business of this thread *ahem, Illyria brushes back her long beatiful hair and tries to look veeeeery serious*

Isgrimnur, thanks for the compliment on our recruitment thread. As you can see we both work and play hard here in PS as we do everywhere else. Actually we\'re having a ball! We are glad that you visited our thread, you are welcome to stick around and even more welcome to try out AO by joining as an apprentice if our guild and our way of doing things appeals to you.

Adding a mad-mumbling-Englishman to the deraded Danes, jappering yahoo Yanks, puzzling Poles, fumbling fanatic Finns, garbling Germans etc. that we already have in AO will just make it all the more fun.  :P

We are happy to announce two more members added to AO! Dannman and Isgrimnur have joined our ranks as apprentices. Welcome to you both, we hope you will feel at home with us.

All AO members, make them feel right at home or I will not feed Drillixer for a week and let him loose on you all!  8)

It is also with pleasure I can announce that Morgy has been promoted by AO Council to the rank of Adept in record time (3 weeks minimum trail period as apprentice) due to the commitment and initiative he has shown.
