Lobber, I think we would find it alot more useful if you at least gave us some  insight into the idea you seemingly want to express. I think this paticular topic has been discussed quite frequently, so just saying the word \"Permadeath\" is hardly going to get you noticed OR the idea considered by the developers.

Try typing .. its good for your fingers and doesn\'t hurt much ... unless you use nails for keys ....

There will be no permadeath in Planeshift. It would have raised the athmosphere since death would be more dramatic, but it would be pretty frustrating if your lvl 99 character (yes, I know) dies, and you\'ll have to start all over again with a lvl 1 character.
Thus I dont think that the devs want a lot of ruined keyboards and monitors on their conscience.

See, the thing that I see wrong with that is everything.
Typing is like stuffing your hand in a blender and pressing liquefy. Don\'t get me wrong, I love my blender, but really, it\'s preposterous. It?s bad for your bones, and well, causes all forms of arthritis, or something.
