Login Creation Problem
« on: July 13, 2003, 08:39:09 am »
Every time I create the char, press go back then press connect doesnt matter what login or password I use, I always seem to recieve a message stating that its the incorrect login????

What am I doing wrong, I have never signed up before and I read that all you need to do as a new user is to type in the servername, login and password and it will be created?

When you\'ve finished creating your character, don\'t click \'Go Back\'. I can\'t rightly think of the button you do click... but it should be something like \"Log in\" or \"Next\" or something to that extent. Doing that will take you to a login screen, where you type the address of the current server (planeshift.fragnetics.com), your desired username and password. Your account and character will then be created using what you typed.

I have the same problem. Could you tell me what to do after my character. There\'s no \"Upload\" button or else...
The only thing you can do is to click \"Back\" as shown on this picture :

Look closer at that screenshot. You\'ll see two more buttons there: Quick Creation and Custom Creation. If you want to pick a pre-made class for your character, go the Quick way. If you want to assign the points and skills yourself, choose Custom.

Bear in mind that there is currently no way to utilise the statistics and skills you choose.
