Help On, "Name Already Exists" Please!!

I need help, I installed parts 1-5 and the run me first thing. I open the game, everything works fine. I customize my character, but when I want to pick a name it says, \"Name already exists\". Every name was picked so I even put in sk549usj3k and djfh758389jd12 jibberish. It still said those already existed. There has to be something im not doing right. Please help, thank you!

I know quite a few people who have tried even the strangest names in a vain attempt to find one that is valid/not already taken...

There is some guildlines you have to follow when picking a name. First off, don\'t use any spaces or punctuation (this includes things like \' or -). Numbers also invalidate the account name... and I\'m not sure about there being a limit on the length, but I know for a fact that you can safely input as many as 14 letters (thank you flightlesscrap ).

If you still can\'t create the account no matter what you type, the server may be down or experiencing problems. Make sure you\'re connected to the Internet, your firewall is turned off and that you\'ve input the correct server name (planeshift.fragnetics.com).

well that is wat i did my screen name is Dragoxs and everything went fine until i got up to the intalizing world part and then a error comes up saying my explorer has to shut down then minutes later my computer restarts
 
p.s i run on window me and people be talking about that hange compabibilty tab in psclient.exe i can\'t seem to find that tab
