I don\'t recall seeing this bug being mentioned on the forums before. I didn\'t even know about it untill just now...
...when I stupidly lost one of the diamonds I was going to give as prize money in the currently open Moogie the Generous competition.
It happened just now in the game. People were asking if anyone had diamond crystals, so as quick proof that they did infact exist I dropped my diamonds on the floor at my feet (in a safe location, I might add), as you can\'t pick things up one at a time.
Well... what a stupid thing to do. After greeting them, I picked one up and was horrified to see the diamond sprite disappear before my second click. Sure enough, when I checked my inventory, I had only ONE diamond crystal.
Well I learnt a harsh lesson from that. But I\'m more concerned about the loss of the crystals as prize money. Now, instead of dropping two diamonds and one load of 10 emeralds, I\'m going to have to drop one diamond, ALL my emeralds and then start on dropping the rubies. All of that just to award the FIRST prize. When I had two diamonds all I had to do was drop them and then 10 emeralds and that was it...
I guess what I really hoped for by posting this, aswell as alerting other players to the danger of dropping their crystals, was that one of the admins might perchance drop by and be generous enough to spawn my lost treasure. I
do still have enough crystals to award for the competition, but just think how much longer and riskier it\'s going to be, now that I have only one.
Players beware- your crystals will run away!
