I finally found and successfully installed jam from source!!!

all of which means that at this very moment I am compiling PS on my linux box Whoohooo!!!!!!!!!

hmm... well I can get it to compile now but...

Frickin CS wont recognize my OpenGL Grrrrr.......

well time to take a break and figure it out later
