Ok, i would like to add my part here...

Enraged is a disgrace. He joined COL, saw our ideas, and stole them as his own. When other people use their minds to think of an origional idea, it should be theirs to keep, unless they tell somebody else. What enraged did was joined COL, saw some of our ideas, stayed for a short time, and then left with a crappy excuse taking our ideas with him. Anybody that defends this sort of action is not worthy of respect.

I agree, stealing ideas from other guilds are not very good, although, I would like to see some evidence before I accuse another guild of this. And, posting in another guilds forum saying \"u r teh suxx0rz\" doesnt fill me with respect for the said poster.

acutally i had a rogues and magic section in my guild, which was created by a member of my guild cuz he also wanted to lead something. then i saw u guys and decided to expand. i dont think thats a crime.

I don\'t know the background to this well enough but my observations are:
1) Coming up with an idea doesn\'t exactly give one copyright on it. Especially not if the idea is amended somewhat.
2) But if it was a direct copy then it shows lack of initiative at the least and lack of character at worst.

From what I\'ve heard and read later Enraged has done far worse though - fake members of guild as well as keeping inactive members on members list?

Bonez, want to reply to that? Don\'t want to judge someone\'s character on hear-say and/or only one side of the story. In cases like this I try to remember:

I would like to see proof of these allegations. Also, please PM me the spammer\'s IP so I can check if she/he was a COL member (except if she/he was using a proxy server).
I agree that spamming forums in intolerable, and if a COL member is responsible for this, she/he will be in big trouble.

Well if u really want to know the truth ask druke he was in the guild a long time ago before i ever had anything to do with col. I had 2 sections the rogues mages and the thieves. I saw col had more so i thought it might be a good idea to also add more so different styles can join the game.

I am Dameon, second in command of COL.

One of the members confessed to certain members of his guild. That member also metioned that he was attacked 7 times by a backdoor/subSeven Trojan virus shortly after the spamming attack. May I remind any member from LW that might have done it (and we think we have a good Idea who it is) that this act was illegal.

What the COL member did was stupid and should not have been done, but what was done was illegal. We have kept a record of every proxy that was sent. If any more attacks occur, charges will be pressed.

If it was not a member of LW, then I apologize.

On a side note, none of the attacks passed the members firewall.

In response to Wolfmane\'s post, yes Annah does speak the truth. The guild has been started over, but it\'s more like an update. We previously claimed of having around 50 members, but in actuallity only having 10 active members. Since then it has increased to about 16 now.We have a new site and Annah has reformed himself to his old ways. This means Annah won\'t be pugnisitc and start being nice to others now. Proof of that is Annah settling this matter between the COL and the BO which I\'m very glad to see. I am also glad that the LW and COL are starting to work together to find the origin of trouble of their situation. I hope you find the troublemaker and put his head on a stick!  :D

Thanks for your post Atticus. There is no doubt in my mind that you have exceptional leadership qualities and are not afraid to act when necessary. As I\'m sure you know me and Annah have settled our differences and misunderstandings (I have apologised for my unacceptable attack on his language usage) and will try to build at least a neutral mutual respect relationship. More proof of the new Annah as you mention.

Furthermore, BO set\'s a great example in showing integrity by not claiming inactive members as members.

Just as an interested player i would like to say that this guild \'bickering\' seems particualrly childish and i have a very strong opinion that this is not the place for it. It is also disturbing that people are doing such things to each other\'s guilds.

Is Planeshift a place where no one can get along as a group?
Is no one honest?
NOTE: This is seriously generalising and I only am saying this for the sake of the thread.

I want to know why this is happening. It is just not suitable and HAS to be done away with. The Legendary Warriors seem to have ripped off other guilds and in my view sufficient evidence is yet to arise to put the COL guild in such a place to be accused.

I cannot understand why people even want to think of ripping other guilds off. If you cannot think up your own idea then get lost. Im sure no one else here wants you either as you could be a potential threat to guilds all over. Whats more stuff like this ruins reputations that players have been working so hard to achieve. I hope and pray that whoever is behind these \'extremities\' is caught and justly dealt with.

Petty accusations should not be thrown around here but else where. Evidence of the others people involved should be put here for others to analyse.

NOBODY HAS THE RIGHT TO INTERRUPT WITH AND/OR STEAL GUILDS IDEAS AND SPAM THEIR FORUMS. UNLIKE THE PEOPLE THAT DO THIS THE CREATORS OF THE WEBSITES HAVE BRAINS AND CAN THINK RATIONALLY AND ARE ABLE TO COME UP WITH AN IDEA THAT IS GOOD. PEOPLE SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO RIP THEM OFF!

PS. i think in my own opinion from ingame and here in the forums that Enraged is a little kid that knows nothing and has gotten in over his head by insulting other guilds. How he got allies is beyond me...thats if he even has them...

 I want to say that your post is ... how can I say ... not in the right place. Please watch our posts more. If you do this ... you will see that the problems between COL and Legendary Warriors is almost solved.
 Anyway ... I appreciate your words ... about those who can\'t find a guild name ... to leave - it\'s a wise idea.

Needle: Who do you think you are? These people are trying to solve their problems and in comes a nosey neighbour stirring trouble.

Yours was a highly biased and flaming post... just leave them to settle their own disputes.
