Is it supposed To take this ling to load

Ok thx you guys for the help with the loading trouble. I boosted my RAM to 1024MB of RAM and now it loads, but...(there seems to always be a but) Is the game supposed to take so long to laod the first time? The only reason it didn\'t keep loading this time is cuz i got the dreaded \"Server Link Dead Message\".

It can take up to two hours to load the first time. If you get the linkdead error, read this.

I\'m a internet Genius. I know i don\'t have a firewall and how do i see if i proxy thing. If i have one how do i change the settings?

Odds are, if you dn\'t know what a proxy is, you aren\'t using one.  If you are using WinXP, look in the newbie FAQ about \"connection problems\" and change the file it lists to the correct compatability setting to what it shows (been so long since I did it, I forgot).  That solved the issue on my systems.
