Programing

Where did you guys learn to program and make games. Was it a book, a webpage, or a school. I really want to learn to make games but i dunno if there r any good webpages that teach it or any good books to get for teachin it.

i think most people learned it from all the above.
also, I assume some have had game development jobs.

http://www.3dbuzz.com Register and then download the VTM\'s and you will be an exellent 3d artist in 5 hours.

But if you want to be a programmer then it\'s a whole other approche.

OK. Well yea i want to learn how to program. I already Make 3D things anyways.  So any idea where i can just learn basic programing ans stuff like that?

VTM = Video Training Module
It is a real lesson where a pro goes througt the topic, it\'s a Video Tutorial in other words.

okay, just to help you out, I did a google search on \"learn programming\"

read everything on that page (its not that long) and you will have some idea of what you\'re getting yourself into. 8)

also search these forums for other other people asking the same question.  Even the devs have replied to some.

that sounds like a lot of fun, but... i don;t know any programmers and the only language i know is HTML. Anyone know a site that is like a reference of basic codes u can alter to make little basic programs.
