What are the \"main\" guilds these days. Or is it still the same where you get 25 members then they all die off

I\'d say CoL and LW, atleast, those are the ones that are most active. Explorers are very active aswell. Seems like there\'s a lot of older guilds that are inactive at the moment.

Of course I\'d love to say something against COL to discourage you from joining them, but I\'m faithful to the truce and I can\'t think of anything against them anyway.
If you want to join one of the most active guilds out there, I\'d recommend LW. We have active members and good forums.

Hehe ... Cyo you aren\'t feeling good in the Black Order?
Ok ... now to be serious ... I agree with Caldazar. many old guild are inactive. Let\'s take an example Dark Empire ... I didn\'t speak with Aelya for almost an year.
About COL & LW ... they are the most active? Nope ... Only that \"little\" childish fight put them into the lights. There are many guilds that are active ... but they are only waiting for the full version of the game ... what they can do now? And I don\'t think it will be good that in the PS channel to be 80 .. 90 people from different guild ... starting to fight or other unwanted things ...
As I can say for the Black Order ... we are here since the beginning ... and we will be here at the end.

LW has been the most active guild for weeks maybe months. Long before any \"Only that \"little\" childish fight.\"

Ok, I\'ll admit our roster needs an update but, you can (almost) always count on having one LW member on.
note:I wasn\'t here when the fightish thingy happened I was on a very relaxing vacation in Maine

LW almsot always has someone on because they have so many members. They have so many members because they are a great guild and probably one of the best one\'s out there today.
I have just started a guild called Bloodlines. I\'m trying to make it be an active guild but we don\'t have that many members. LW already took all the possible members. X( Right now there isn\'t much guilds can do since the game is so early in developement. Yet that doesn\'t mean it is pointless to start guilds. Now is the time to build up a strong community in the guild and for all the members to get to know each other. Unfortunately some guilds have fadded from PS and have become inactive. I\'m hoping this won\'t happen to my guild.
Also some guilds get a little full of themselves because they think they are the best since they have been around the longest and were here before the others. Just because you started out in the beginning when members didn\'t have that many guilds to choose from, doesn\'t mean you are the best guild around and that all the new guilds shoudln\'t even try.

Hi Cyonamie,
Yes there are many guilds to choose from and many are not that active. Amongst those that are some are active in-game in this pre-alpha phase but there is not much to do in-game at the moment as everyone is waiting for Crystal blue. Some active guilds are mostly active in the forums on PS and in their own guild forums with idea creation and network-building (Some are active both in-game and out-of-game).
What one really has to decide is whether one wants to join a well established guild with a strong network and lots of experience or a newish guild where one can to a greater extend contribute to the organisational development and network building going on now.
There really is no way whatsoever to know which guilds will survive and which not. I think good organisation, great concepts for guilds, effective and established networks and probably most of all enthusiastic participation both in- and out-of-game in the new as well as subsequent releases of PS will be the deciding factor.
Personally I like being part of something new and under development where one can make a difference and be part of building up something that one can really feel part of. Maybe it also has to do with the fact that I believe variety to be a good thing (although I agree to 80 - 90 guilds is unrealistic, probably 20 to 25 will work well depending on the amount of players once Crystal blue come out).
Old and established or newish and under development is however a matter of taste and there is no reason why one could not enjoy and be happy in an older well establish guild. One can find and make great friendships in all of the above.
Good luck with finding yourself a \"home\" in one of the PS guilds.

Hi Wolfmane ...
I only want to say that Cyo is really not looking for a guild to join ... for some months ... Cyo in Black Order ... a proud member of the High Council
... That\'s all.
By the way ... you said to \"burry the hatchet\" ... between us ... but I saw you didn\'t ... would you want to do it now please?
