i need help

ok when i try to play it gets to initializing world and stayus there for 15 min them i get a pop uo that says something like ive timed out what do i do

You give us a little more information?

Are you connected to the Internet? Do you run a firewall? Have you entered the correct servername or IP address?

If this is your first time logging in, it may take a long time to load. Fortunately, this is a one-time-only thing. However, I think your problem is related to your connection setup.

Try running the Updater, turning off any firewall you may be using and typing 203.81.47.74 in the Server field.
