connection problems
« on: August 10, 2003, 05:08:18 pm »
hi everybody!

i\'m trying for 3 days now to play Planeshift, but i always get the same error: \"The server is not running or not reachable. Please check the websiteor forums for more info\"

before you ask, yes i have a firewall and a router and the port 13331 (both tcp and udp) is opened in the firewall and forwarded by the router to my pc, so that can\'t be the problem. is there any other port i have to open to play the game?

sys specs:
windoze 2000 sp4
directx 7.0 (also tried with 9.0b)
duron 1.2ghz
512mb ram
gf2 ti (64mb)

if anyone could help, it would be great!

thx,
   NDW

Look, at the top, there is a thread called Linkdead.
You have three guesses, what do you think its for?
Browsing the forums when I\'m bored, nothing more.
